Mira International Traders (“we”, “us”) is an export house based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. This notice explains what we do with personal information collected through mirainternationaltraders.com.

We collect only what you choose to send us:

• Enquiry and quote forms — your name, email address, company, country, product interest and the content of your message.
• Newsletter — your email address, if you subscribe.
• Direct contact — anything you send us by email or WhatsApp.

We do not ask for payment card details through this website.

3. Why we use it

• To answer your enquiry and prepare a quotation.
• To carry out an export order you have placed with us, and to arrange shipping and documentation.
• To send occasional updates about seasonal harvests and offerings, where you have asked to receive them.

4. Legal basis

Where the GDPR or UK GDPR applies to you, we rely on your consent for marketing email, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries and performing a contract for everything else.

5. Who else sees it

We share personal information only where it is necessary:

• Form delivery — enquiry submissions are transmitted through a third-party form provider so they reach our inbox.
• Fonts — this site loads typefaces from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Logistics and compliance — where you place an order, with freight forwarders, customs authorities and inspection agencies as required to ship the goods.

We do not sell personal information.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry correspondence is retained for as long as needed to deal with your request and to meet the record-keeping obligations that apply to export documentation. You can ask us to delete your details at any time.

7. Your rights

Subject to the law that applies to you, you may ask us to give you a copy of the information we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it for marketing. Write to miraexim14@gmail.com and we will respond within one month.

You can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any message we send.

8. International transfers

We are based in India. If you contact us from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and handled in India.

9. Cookies

This site stores your light or dark theme preference in your browser’s local storage so the setting survives between visits. It is not used for tracking or advertising and is never sent to us.
